Hi! My name is Noah Meier, and I am an architect currently residing in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota with my dog Sophie. I completed my masters of architecture at North Dakota State University in the spring of 2020 amidst a global pandemic, obtained my license in 2024, and I am now studying to become LEED AP BD+C certified. My specialty in recent years has become healthcare architecture and behavioral healthcare design, but I am passionate about creating equitable, sustainable, and nurturing spaces no matter what building typology I am designing for.

I am a proud member of my work’s Equity Committee, where I lead the “Equity Book Club” as well as the “Equity Cafe Subcommittee”. This subcommittee organizes internal presentations, workshops, and discussions on a variety of equity topics, focusing primarily on equity in the workplace and “equity in design”. It’s been a truly incredible experience having an active role in shaping my work’s culture, our internal equity training, as well as the way that we interact with and engage our clients. There is certainly more work to be done, but I believe we have made great headway in our goal of integrating an “equity lens” into our design thinking, our design process and our project documentation.

If you like my work and would like to discuss further, or if you have any questions regarding my work experience, please feel free to reach out! See below for a copy of my resume:
